Who we are
Kenn founded MineTech in 1999 to help companies make better use of their data via proprietary text and data mining software. Prior to that, he was the EVP of Spectra Marketing, a CPG focused marketing firm which was purchased by Nielsen Research. Prior to Spectra, he held sales management positions in database marketing and broadcasting companies.
Ray is the founding director of MineTech Europe, Africa and Oceania. His early career was in the advertising industry working both above and below the line. An early “first” was launching a product sampling business expressly aimed at gathering use and future intention consumer data. Post the sale of the business he went on to join a leading consumer data technology company. Prior to the establishment of MineTech Ray was with the VNU group heading Spectra, the European development of geo-demographic modeling and multi data source integration.
